The city says an LSV may cross US 98 only from one approved LSV road to another approved LSV road. Do not assume that a nearby beach access has a continuous lawful route from your address.
In Walton County, the Sheriff’s Office also prohibits LSV travel along US 98 and on sidewalks or bike paths; it says crossings of US 98 are allowed only at a four-way intersection. Its published road map shows additional prohibited segments. Private communities and resorts can impose their own access and parking restrictions.

Find the parking rules for the specific access before leaving. A marked LSV space may be available at some locations; others may restrict LSVs or have no spaces at all. Follow the sign at the space, including any payment requirement, time limit, or permit rule.
